"It's complicated" goes a long way to describe Molly and Gil's relationship. And yes, he's a musician, devoted to the nomadic lifestyle while she's rooted and owns a business... see what I mean? ;-)
As for you being able to see it like a movie, hooray! That I was able to convey an image to you of the setting and people like that, I'm thrilled you 'saw' it.
