Her howl ended with a high pitched note. She hoped that one of the dark males would come and be her mate. Fear say down and licked her sides, as if cleaning them. He listens for a moment and then secures the direction and lops down a snow covered hiss, his silver-tipped black fur flecked with snow and his ice blue eyes gleaming. He howls long and low.
