Dear COL. Dickman,
1st, thank you for serving and protecting our country when my parents were children. It's because of men like you I enjoy a life as wonderful as I do in this country.

I would love to have them - I love preserving this history, It was a horrible time that brought out the best in Americans and the Allies. As soon as I get them, I will share them with the rest of the world via my website. That's the best part of this for me. I get letters from kids and sons & daughter who are trying to ID their fathers unit from old pictures, or jackets found in footlockers in the attic. I hear some really neat stories. Thank you again and it is an honor to speak to you. Please feel free to write me again at any time.
