Subject: Uncle's WWII momentos

Looking thru my deceased uncle's WWII momentos. He served under Patton chasing Rommel across Africa. Also in Italy at Anzio (spelling ?) Beach assult. Later in England.
Curious about the following:
-Patch and cufflinks(?) Red bull's head on black field.
-Round nickel-sized medalian with arabic writing on both sides
-Metal skulls with sword held in teeth
-Cloth strip saying AFRIKAKORPS,Olivegreen,forest green with silver writing.
-Allied Armies Metal "Naples grateful to the valient Allied Troops 1st October, 1943.
