And dd knew it. She had slept with me that night and whenmy mom called and told me to turn on the news, dd was right there. Then when they mentioned the Pentagon in DC, dd (5 at the time) says "Dada's in DC", and I said Yes. AT the time I didn't know if he was okay or not.

She doesn't know any details. She doesn't know who did it or why. she doesn't know how many people died. She didn't see footage of thebodies being pulled out. But she did know that Daddy was at one of the cities affected. And she knows now of course that he was okay.

I tell ya ... it was the scariest day of my life. Dh was scheduled to be at the Pentagon that day,but had his meeting changed to Wed. I fianlly heard from him via email at 11:00am (MST) and all it said was "OK". I didn't get to see him until almost 2 weeks later.

Anyhoo, I'm rambling now ...
