on a number of issues in my own life. Whenever someone has a problem - whether it's in any relationship or in the course someone's life is taking - he makes them identify their ownership in it. It is so great and empowering to see that whenever other people make me miserable I DO have a hand in it too. The more I *own* and control my own hand in it, the better things seem to go. Maybe this has always been obvious for some people, but it was a revelation for me.

Oh, I like Oprah too - there are things about her that I don't love, but I think she's done enough good stuff to make it easy to overlook the bad stuff.
