In the wild an animal would not hesitate to kill you if you harmed it's off spring. It is instinct. Humans are not much different.

Moraly? I wouldn't blame anyone for taking revenge. I think that they would have suffered enough and wouldnot deserve any further punish ment. Especially in cases where the person would get off scot free.Like in the movie a time to kill.

If the person was out on the street how could your child ever feel safe again?
