and he said to me, about the 10 year old "He must have had great parents" (note, there was sarcasm there). This story has gotten me so depressed because it happened right in my own backyard. If DYFS had been doing their job, the boy in Newark wouldn't be dead and neither would this 3 year old. FUBAR
