about his probation officer. But my BIL does not have a lawyer. He cannot afford one. He has tried legal aid but they defended his ex wife a few years ago so they won't take his case because of conflict of interest. He is putting a restraining order out on her and he has them until the investigation is over. We are praying that he will be able to get it transfered to the states jurisdiction and then he will likely get custody.
