They would have done a lot better in selecting a more user friendly messaging system or worked the bugs out of it before going online with it.

I've beta tested software before, I'm not against doing it, I just usually did it with full knowledge that I was doing it and with compensation.

The new boards were ill-thought out (if at all) they're slow and cumbersome, just the thing busy moms need in their lives!

iv is hemorraging users due to the latest monstrosity they put up. They deserve it. If they don't provide a system that is user friendly and that the people want to use the people will go elsewhere. It's pretty simple.
