Subject: Tracey (31) DH (31) and #3 Due 1/9/04 Anybody know anything about hcg levels at 4 weeks? (m)

I had one blood test done at 4 wks 4days. Then went back for the second test and they said I didn't need to have it done because my levels were very high (over 6000) Then they scheduled an ultrasound b/c the levels were high. Then the u/s tech said she didn't think the levels were out of ordinary for someone 5-6 wks preg and she couldn't think of a diagnosis for the u/s and my ins. prob. wouldn't pay for it. So I didn't do the u/s. When I got home I realized that she said 5-6 wks preg, but when I took the test I was 4 wks and 4 days. I'm worried! I've heard about molar preg and other things (twins?) causing high numbers. Am I worrying needlessly? Thanks guys for listening even if you don't know the answer!!!
