And if I can play therapist for a minute...perhaps as your pregnancy is progressing you are getting nervous and anxious about being a first time mom and your subconcsious is playing out those feelings in a situation where you don't get to be a mom???

Just a thought. I think at this stage you don't need to worry about m/c, even if you were not as far along, dreaming about it doesn't mean anything is going to happen - it's just a window into your feelings.

Try and shake that feeling and try to relax and realize it was just a dream.
