Get -> a good stroller, esp if you're going to use it a lot. It something that really is worth the $$.

Get -> Exersaucer

Get -> Tons of bf'ing blankets / spit cloths

Get -> Baby washcloths and towels

Get -> a bath chair or baby bathtub (we got the chair b/c we didn't have room to store the tub)

Get -> TONS of Lansinoh (sp?) the bf'ing boobie cream

Get -> at least 2 boxes of breast pads (I really like the Johnson & Johnson ones) for when you milk comes in. I personally needed them until the day I stopped nursing (in other words, I should have bought company shares!)

Get -> one or two bottles if you are bf'ing and want to do the occasional pump or formula feed.

Get -> if you are bf'ing and want to pump (even to releive engorgement) I totally rec. the Avent Isis. Great quality and reasonable price.

Get -> One or two nice thicker blankets for putting over the baby in the car seat.

Sorry my list got long and a bit sidetracked onto things that you'll probably buy for yourself.

Any way, HTH!

~Melissa
