If you are pregnant, which you may very well be based on your abnormal AF, there is no interexchange between us and the bean until the middle of the 4th and even early 5th week - so, I think you're ok. Quite frankly, I drank and smoked through my pg with DS until 11 weeks when I found out and he's perfectly normal - in fact, he's above normal, but I won't get on the soapbox. :) (In fact, the *only* pregnancy I had which actually MADE IT (DS) was founded on nicotine and alchohol, so hmmm... :) (Hey, I was 19!)

If I have a bean this cycle that wants to become a person, it will also be a booze and cigarette kid, including a bad spell with what I think was ketamine (special K) that I was given on the cruise (remember the hallucinations?). I'm not sweating it. I see it this way - if crack whores can produce generally normal babies, our indulgences won't make a major impact. Maybe just lay off for now. :)
