To address a previous point, I believe that Leto II and the new worms were invisible to prescience.

We saw Leto II being invisible because Paul could not see him. We know this is not a flaw of Paul's because he could see Ghanima.
Given how those with Atreides genes like Siona were invisible, the worms should be to given their connection to Leto.
