I am fairly certain they use gholas for pleasure, I am pretty sure Waff refers to this. I thought they must have sex with women because the reason Waff was the only one left was because the HMs had killed all the rest, after the Tleilaxu either resisted them (thus angering the HMs because they couldn't succeed) or by creating face dancers that could do the same things (angering the HMs by creating rivals?) I always assumed that somewhere along the line, a Tleilaxu must have succumbed to an HM. But now that I think about it, Waff never really tells the damn truth so how do we know if he's lying or not?
I also don't think they love. They have the joy of kell (is that what it was called?) when the masters come together in their clean holy place, but what that is exactly, I have no idea.
