I think you reaction is a little extreme. I am one of the fans who has liked all of the new books, though I thought the House books were a bit better written than the Legends books.

Frankly, I don't care to what extent it is Brian's and Kevin's work or Frank's... I like them all, though I tend to favor Frank's work, especially in Dune, Heretics of Dune and Chapterhouse Dune.

But I thought House Atreides was fantastic personally.

And really it doesn't matter as long as the work is good and keeps the spirit of Dune alive.

In regards to what you posted, just point me in the direction of where it corroborates what you are saying. I had read what you posted prior to your post and that's the information that I have always been aware of: Notes in the safety deposit box. I have never been aware of it saying anything differently. But if you can find the passage on the official site, I'd like to read it.

The only reason I wrote "What the Hell are you talking about" is because you seemed a little condescending in telling me "Actually if you read it." And I DID read it and re-read it and it seemed you were calling impugning my intelligence. I am not trying to piss you off here.
