I always said Paul had OM. I defended it when all others didn't. I also asked if a female could be a KH, but never said I believed all who posses both sides of OM to be a KH.
The theory I have put forward is sound. Somewhere the BG had to become aware of male OM, meaning that all or at least some RM's had it. And somewhere they had to be bitten by it for them to become terrified of it, i.e. abomination, insanity, or death. Perhaps every time they tried accessing it.

Even the examples we have are proof. The Barron. Very very manipulative and powerful. Somehow he gained access to Alias main OM and he was able to control Alia who was strong minded herself. Even a trained RM wouldn't stand a chance against the Taker side of OM. Even the example AntiPaul gave shows how aggressive Agamemnon was to gain an audience. No doubt he waould have taken all she possesed if given the chance. No wonder the BG were terrified of it. Leto himself had to bargain to keep his male mems from taking over.

So yes, I believe Alia and Ghanima had male OM. But it led to Alias abomination. And Ghanima never used hers that I can recall. I think they lasted as long as they did though because of their Atreides genes. And perhaps the later female characters that could access these mems could because of thier Atriedes genes as well. Through that many years of breeding perhaps it became easier.
