Subject: Connection to Greek myths

I was wondering if there were any connections between Dune and Greek mythology, like stories or characterizations because of Atreus and Leto.
In Greek myths, Leto was a deity who was the mother of the twins Artemis (deity of the wilderness, affiliated with the moon) and Apollo (deity of the arts, affiliated with the sun). Incidentally, Leto had to wander around to give birth, and settled on an isolated, floating island named Delos. Also, Apollo disapproved of Artemis' relationship with a cousin (though this is just one version. In another, Orion tried to rape Artemis and in another he seduces a member of her entourage). In all three versions, Artemis kills Orion (unintentionally in the first version). I thought these connections weren't really good ones, though. I searched around to see if there was a Golden Path in any of their stories.
Does anyone know of any connections or am I thinking in vain?

King Atreus has two sons in Greek mythology(and I know of no other children, but I could be wrong), Agamemnon and Menelaus. I read that there is another Agamemnon, who is mentioned in the novels, so it is not definite which of the brothers is a direct ancestor. Agamemnon married Clytemnestra and Menelaus married Helen (yup, that Helen). Clytemnestra and Helen are two of quadruplets - the other two being Castor and Pollux, the Gemini twins. Pollux and Helen are immortal, being the children of Zeus. Clytemnestra and Castor are mortals, being the children of King Tyndareus.
