Denying the possibility of anything definitively when it comes to Dune 7 is probably not the smartest path.

there is no reason to think that in the tens of thousands of years that MAchines have been evolving away from humanity, that they couldn't have developed a capability that is similar to that of the Tleilaxu Face Dancers. I am only saying it is a possibility.
I am alos guessing that the probably developed prescience and no-ship technology and a way to navigate through fold Space (though with use of the Spice, I'm not sure).

While the Face Dancers very well could be the remnants and deviants of the Tleilaxu lost in the Scattering, there is definitely something weird and special about them.

I don't really like your idea about the "net" but it could be a valid theory I guess.

But we DO know though that the Machines ARE coming. This was most likely in Frank's notes, however, it has definitely been quite blatantly set up in the House Trilogy and the Legends Trilogy, so it's what's coming regardless of the Futars, Face Dancers, and whoever else.
