They are obviously talking about how Alia came to be... nothing about any other BG plans. Just about how Alia came to be.

Sure BG's have feints within feints and plans within plans, but her reference to Mohiam's direct hand in it can only mean one thing, at least in my mind.

But this is why I asked the question.. I wanted opinions :-)
