Subject: Get on the board, Jim Jimmer! It's...

... yes, the last Michael Jackson album I own. (Which do you think is his worst, Jim - Bad? No pun intended, I just thought that one wasn't as good as his others.)

History Disc I (History Begins)

Billie Jean: "The kid is not my son" sings Jacko on this likeable, well-produced slab of disco-orientated pop. Factoid: I actually read Jacko's autobiography Moonwanker once Jim. I thought it was a bit brief, you didn't really get to know him through it, did you? I remember he talked about his Billie Jean dance moves quite extensively in it. Rating: ****

The Way You Make Me Feel: So catchy it should be made illegal, marred hardly at all by the irony of Jacko singing about fannies. In real life of course he'd run a mile. Factoid: A track from Bad, my favourite song from which is probably Leave Me Alone. Rating: possibly *****, very catchy indeed.

Black or White: Done this one, another goodie. Rating: ****

Rock With You: Jacko was driving with the accelerator down for the first three tunes, now he's pulled over to the middle of the road. So bland it could be covered by Elton John. Should be called "Cock with you". Rating: ***

She's Out Of My Life: A classic weepy ballad. Again, it comes down to Jacko's sincerity. Does he really mean it, and how does he know? That's the thing, Jim Jimmer. The guy's about as much of a lothario as Grigg, yet he sings about relationships like he's a man of rich experience. It just doesn't gel. It's a sweet song, but if someone that had actually shagged someone above the age 5 had sung it, it might have meant so much more. As it is, you just think "shut-up, you pasty-faced, cut-nosed Virgin!" Rating: ****

I saw this girl today, Grigg, I would really have loved to have given her one.

More Jacko reviews later!!!

Oh, I nearly forgot - I got an IM (Instant Message, net virgin!) from someone who claimed to be John Hughes' granddaughter last night, pulling me up for slagging The Breakfast Club on the IMDb. The way she worded it kind of made me believe it in a sense. I should have told her to get me a job in the movies, shouldn't I?
