I think I got an odd political e-mail from her once. Remember that...I thought it was maybe from your mom, but it was an aunt???

Sounds like she's spent a lot of years building a grudge against you. Obviously the oversights and slights aren't accidental!

What did she mean "living a lie"? That your marriage isn't valid because she thinks you were pregnant when you got married??? That alone is crazy. Thinking you were pregnant for a year is crazier. Obviously she's been spending years looking for anything she can find to hold against you. I'd write her off. If she comes to family events, don't speak to her. I just don't understand why people are like that.

The golf sounds like FUN! I am so stressed out right now that I don't want to even DO anything...I think that's why I'm not upset about missing the Irish fest today. When I'm this stressed out I wouldn't have fun even doing something fun.

Let me know if you find coats this weekend! We don't need them yet, but it won't be long. Years ago I got a great coat made by OshKosh...then I've never found their brand of coat again. I don't know if I'm just not shopping the right places or if they quit doing coats. It was expandable so Liam wore it two years...then Teiguen wore it a year! It's the only coat either boy has had that was durable like that. Old Navy usually has good deals on coats...but the one I bought for Liam just didn't stand up to everyday wear!

I might order Teiguen a parka from Land's End. They're spendy, but their clothes tend to last forever. I wish we still had a Land's End store here. Now they are a tiny area in Sears.

Luckily, my coat from last year is fine, so I only need one coat this fall!

I need to go through the tubs in the garage today or tomorrow...pull out all the fall clothing Teiguen will be able to wear. I got him 3 pairs of pants last spring on clearance, so it's not a crisis. We've only had one day of pants weather so far.
