It's a shame my old one doesn't work as the only thing wrong with it is the needle/tone arm. But, I can't find anyplace to repair it, and it's been broken for years now.

I went to Kmart and got the one they had on sale for $79. It is a phonograph/cd player/tape player/radio. Right now I have it in the livingroom. I think I'll move it in my room later, then clean the kids' movies out of the bookcase in their, and put my records in the bookcase. They had a stand for the record player for $40, but it was built so that, one jolt and the record player would have been on the floor.

I had a bit of a scare. The clerk told me my check was declined. I went to the bank...my account is fine. Then I looked a the check...he was entering my SS# as an 9 digit number instead of a 9 digit number. I'm sure that's why it was declined! Idiot. I was really freaking out for a few minutes there. Before I got to the bank I had convinced myself he HAD to be wrong...and he was.

I'm listening to Gary Morris right now. Man, can he sing! He owns a bed and breakfast in CO. I was tempted to try to book a night there just to meet him, lol! He's 25 years older than he used to be, too, but I'm sure he can still sing!

I wish I didn't need the tuner for my cd player, or I'd pull all that out of the livingroom!

Hm...anyone have any suggestions for dinner? We ate lunch late, so nobody's hungry yet, but it's getting late. I'll eventually need to come up with something, lol! Maybe the kids will eat breakfast for dinner...cereal and eggs or something easy.
