前言：一連試寫了六篇「非典型超短篇小說」，今天是第七篇，大結局。多謝捧場。
正文：今天是十分重要的一個日子，市長一早就回到辦公室，等候好消息。
已經連續兩天有好消息了！前天及昨天，城中感染SARS的新個案，都低於五宗，若今天也如是，則世界衞生組織對本市發出的旅遊警告，將可撤除！變相等於：本市終於成尼頇怴I
自SARS爆發以來近兩個月，市長每天都活在極大壓力之下。他一方面被市民、輿論指摘反應太慢、抗疫無方，民望跌至新低；另一方面，總統先生亦對他頗有微言，多番放風說要換市長。
一切一切，將會在今天來個了斷！嘿嘿，只要新數字小於五，總算是做出了成績，官位應可保吧……想着想着，只見秘書快步奔進來，上氣不接下氣的，敢情是有消息了！「怎麼了？多少宗？」市長急問道。秘書二話不說，右手舉起兩隻手指。
「兩宗！Yeah！」市長一陣歡呼，秘書卻搖搖頭，左手卻又舉起了五隻手指，說：「非典型肺炎新個案是只有兩宗，但……非典型腸胃炎卻有爆發危機，今日死了五個人！」市長立時覺得，很肚痛！
