真想不到，特區政府會咁厚待我，居然讓我成為第一批換領新智能身分證的人。
但想來想去，也搞不明白：為甚麼會選擇六八、六九年出生的人士，最先換證？這兩年出生的人，有乜咁特別？是最大批人還是最小批人？是最易搞的還是最難搞的一群？
也雪礂膠雩挭戴L，卻沒有人會去留意。大家只會留意一件事：輪到我未。既然第一批已屬我輩，馬上奉公守法，第一時間排隊換證。
排隊者，其實乃在網上預約時間，十分方便。約好的那天，我早到了十五分鐘，卻完全不必等候，可即時提早進去辦理。先由一位職員引導我填表、打指模（全電腦化掃瞄，不用墨汁）、拍數碼照（確實是二個Shot選一個，但我兩張都影得好差！）；再由另一位官員核對資料、驗指模、簽發領證通知書。不到十五分鐘，即完事。一般情況下，兩星期後可回去領取新證。
如果你是網上一族，高度建議你於辦完證後，在門口的郵政局專櫃留步，順便申請個人電子證書。這東西將會愈來愈有用，總有一天會成為我們的另一「張」身分證！唯釵h人仍不曉得電子證書為何物，是時候開始接觸、學習一下了！
