抄，不一定有罪；偷，就肯定有罪。
係人都知，一九六○年的經典西部片《七俠蕩寇志》，其實是抄自黑澤明一九五四年的作品《七俠四義》。但人家導演 John Sturges 抄得光明磊落，講到明係翻拍，並向黑澤明的原作致敬。這種抄法，沒有罪。
或者應該說，既然黑澤明事前知道對方會改編其作品，並予以認可，所以沒有人會指責《七俠蕩寇志》是抄襲《七俠四義》。（至於當年黑澤明有否收過對方付的版權費，未能查證。）
係人都知，捧紅了 F4 的台灣人氣劇集《流星花園》，其實是抄自神尾葉子的少女漫畫《花樣男子》。那麼，有沒有人罵過《流星花園》抄襲？沒有，因為它的確在片尾標明「神尾葉子原著」，得到原作者的認可和授權，是合法的抄。
如果，John Sturges 厚顏地說，他從來沒看過黑澤明的電影、沒聽說過《七俠四義》；如果，《流星花園》製作人竟然無恥地說，沒有看過、不知道有《花樣男子》……這就絕對超越了抄的範圍，而變成偷了！
被某些人封為才女的她，居然說，從來沒有看過、聽過《Touch》這部無人不知的漫畫……嘿！
