區議會選舉在即，有關部門最近亦嚴陣以待，不斷在各種媒體上作出防賄選的宣傳。
到底香港的賄選情況是否嚴重？在案例數字上來看，也酗ㄩ熗Y重；雖偶爾亦會爆出一兩單大案，但很多時由於不發生在自己那區，大家也就不大關心和留意了。
可今次選舉前夕，我卻遇到一件特殊事情，令我懷疑：這到底有否賄選成分？
話說大約上月底，在信箱收到兩張現金代用券，乃所住屋宛的管理公司發出的；每張面值二元，可在限期內憑券到屋宛內的街市，當現金使用。本來我也不為意，心想大概是「後沙士」的其中一樣鼓勵消費、振興商戶活動吧！
後來，陸續收到區議會候選人的宣傳資料，發覺其中一位候選人，曾任此屋宛的業主委員會主席；另一候選人，則是屋宛的商會主席。忽生一念：他們二人，在「現金券」這件事上，是否有份參與向管理公司爭取，直接或間接促成其事？
如果他們（任何一人）有份的話，居然選擇在選舉前夕這個敏感時刻派發「現金券」，會否是一種變相的賄選行為呢？諗諗下，都係唔好用那兩張共四蚊的現金券了，容乜易俾人拉㗎！
