昨日提到，《魔戒》導演彼得積遜即將重拍經典怪獸片《金剛》，乃是一九三三年那部黑白《金剛》，並非一九七六年的新版《金剛》。
三三年那部元祖《金剛》，相信現今沒有甚麼人會看過；話晒都成七十年前，第二次世界大戰之前喎，你話睇過我都唔信，況且它至今仍未出過DVD，VHS影帶亦絕版多時。但，偶然間在一些講及科幻特技電影史的電視節目，總會見到一兩段黑白的《金剛》片段：只見黑茸茸的金剛，動作生硬地爬上紐約帝國大廈，與螺旋槳雙翼機拼個死活。它肯定是巨大怪獸片的始祖，足足比日本第一部《哥斯拉》還早上二十一年！
大家都看過的彩色《金剛》，則是七六年的新版。帝國大廈變成了世貿中心，螺旋槳雙翼機變成噴射戰鬥機；金剛則由以往的泥膠動畫Feel，進化成機械特技，雖然簡璊ㄓF人扮的感覺，但在當時來說已儼然是特技片霸了！
除了這兩部原裝正版之外，《金剛》還有釵h外傳、翻拍，例如日本的《金剛大戰哥斯拉》、香港的《猩猩王》、荷里活的《金剛續集》等；到底彼得積遜如何能在芸芸《金剛》中，拍出個不同來？真令人引頸以待。
