香港人彷彿甚麼飲品都喜愛加入檸檬；老實說，到過美國生活後，才發覺原來「凍檸茶」極有可能是香港人自創的，因為當地的西曙U只會有 Iced Tea，甚少有 Iced Lemon Tea。Iced Tea 乃帶有甜味的凍紅茶，卻是沒有檸檬的。
記得有一次在美國，我飲可樂時自己加進幾片檸檬，一名鬼仔朋友看見，居然很奇怪地質問我在幹甚麼；我表示此乃「凍檸樂」也。他大驚，覺得可樂加檸檬完全不可以接受，十分核突云云。看來，他絕對想不到除了「凍檸樂」外，我們香港人還有「凍檸七」呢！
若他再進一步，知道香港的茶曙U有「凍檸啡」供應的話，則必嘔無疑。「凍檸啡」是一種「未試過覺得岕N可能，但飲落又覺得妠X好飲」的怪飲品。雖然釵h香港人都未飲過，但它肯定是香港特產。
最近，茶曙U又推出了檸檬新搞作「凍檸賓」，乃凍利賓納加檸檬也！到底最初是誰想出來的？真想訪問他一下，係咪飲到冇嘢好飲，搞到要玩左溝右溝？又為何不是「凍檸田」、「凍檸力」呢？
「檸」完一大輪，還是「凍檸茶」最得我心；諗諗下，它絕對是我當初選擇回歸香港的一大原因！
