The offered price should be set on several criteria determining how damaging the person is to the country. The more stupid he is the bigger sum we will be paid to get rid of him, the younger he is the more years he will spend somewhere else the more criminal he is the more we will pay him to see him leave. We are willing to pay him nearly all the social, law enforcement, penal institution costs that he is likely to cause and see him off in the harbor when he leaves. Who would like to receive him and give him his new citizenship? There are a lot of developing countries who would be happy to have they guy if they get half of the money his absence is worth. Also, living costs are cheaper over there, so it is a win-win situation. Typically we would be willing to give a career criminal $50 000 and the government of Congo or Brazil another $50 000 to be sure that we got rid of him forever. The situation is clear cut in the case of mentally challenged and criminals, but we need to get an equally compelling system for academic leftists and feminists. Establishing and subventing a man-free, no-return feminist nation for feminist man-haters is again a win-win situation. Any female deficit can easily be countered with imports of well mannered women from Japan, Korea, China and Thailand. The main trick is to establish the proper price structure in this novel market. In a similar way a subsidised no-retrun a heaven for the miserable occupants humanities departments of the academia is established. We are especially keen to get rid of all representatives the social sciences and the "___ Studies" departments. Sciences, mathematics and engineering stays in the country.
