To have to take another one. Those few minutes were not enough time for your body to absorb either (the progesterone or the vitamin). Your best bet is to actually eat BEFORE taking the pills.. they're not so hard on the stomach that way. :) Also, since I'm not too familiar with the progesterone, you might want to shoot a call out to your doc just to make sure! ;)
