I did the eat before you get up routine, but that really did not help...a friend told me about sea bands. You wear them on your wrists and this bead on the inside of the band hits a preasure point that seems to help ease the nausea. It helped me some, but the best thing so far is vit.b6 and unisom. The Dr. put me on it when I told her the m/s was taking over my whole day. It has helped a great deal, and now that I am 10w it seems to be getting better anyway. Good luck to you!!
