It's hard to explain, but it does work. :)] Dodging the drake's claws, Rashkae manages to scratch the beast's face once more, using the down time to swing behind it and raking a golden talon along the beast's throat, hopes for the best. - [Um, that's mildly gross. :)] Rashkae, from behind the drake, golden talons still slicing through the beast's jugular, takes his golden back paws and digs them into the lower end of the creature's spine, hoping to break it. Meanwhile, watching the chaos below, Rashkae summons his mental energy and, after quickly shielding all the gryphons, lets loose a blast of pain and noise - a blast so loud that his own *shielded* ears sting for a moment.
