Kermit Community Center Kermit, WV 25674

Age Divisions:
Girls 0-12 months, 13-23 months, 2 yrs, 3 yrs, 4-5 yrs,
6-7 yrs, 8-9 yrs, 10-13 yrs, 14-17 yrs.
If we do not have at least 4 entries I will combine age groups as I see fit. I reserve the right to combine any and all age groups if needed.

Boys must have at least 6 boys to offer
Supremes and Overalls
0-23 months, 2-4 years, 5-9 years, 10 and up
I reserve the right to combine any age groups.

Events: Beauty, Photogenic, Halloween/Outfit of Choice, Optionals, and Supremes

Beauty: $45 Fee. Attire for beauty is pageant wear (Glitz).
Hairpieces/Makeup/tanning is allowed. Winners will receive a crown, pin, and sash.

Alternates/Runners-up will receive a trophy and sash.

Future queens will receive a nice award. No one goes home empty handed.

Photogenic: $10 Fee Winner in each division will receive a trophy. Pics can be color or black and white. Extra pics may be entered at the door for an additional fee of $5 each. .

Optionals: $15 Fee for all three Most Beautiful, Best Attire, and Personality.
Winners will receive a tiara and sash.

Overalls: $15 Fee We will award 4 overalls. They will include: Overall Best Dressed, Overall Photogenic, Overall Most Beautiful, and Overall Personality/Confidence. Winners will receive a crown and sash.



Halloween/Outfit of Choice
You can always use an outfit of choice if you prefer to not enter the Halloween wear competition. You can enter both or just one. $10 for one or both for $15 Fee.

The higher score of Halloween or Outfit of Choice will be used to score for Supremes and
Halloween Wear (can be off the rack or custom made) This is costume wear. It can be store bought or custom made. Halloween wear will be judged on creativity and originality. Props are allowed. Modeling can be beauty walk, runway modeling, or pro-am. There will be a 2 minute limit. You can bring your own music or music will be provided. If bringing own music please have it labeled with your name and number of the song you will be using.

Outfit of Choice can be off the rack or custom made.
Music and modeling will be the same as above.
If you would like, you can enter an additional outfit of choice for $15 each.


Supremes $10 Fee each
Grand Supreme This is the one contestant of the whole pageant with the highest score of the day. They will receive a large crown, trophy, and gift.

Mini Supremes. There will be two winners. This is the next two contestants after grand Supremes are pulled. They will receive a large trophy, crown, and gift.

Novice Supreme: There will be one winner. This is the contestant with the highest score after the grand and minis are pulled. They will receive a large trophy, crown, and gift.

Best Buddies Supreme. You and your buddy can compete in this fun competition. You pick your buddy and your scores will be added together. The buddy contestants with the highest score will be awarded this title with matching crowns and special awards
Fee of $10 each.

What do I do on stage? The stage will be set up in a T formation. Ages 0-23 months do not have to walk the X’s, and you can just stand in front of the judges.

Judges will be qualified. All decisions are final. In the event the pageant exceeds 30 contestants, starting times will be split among age divisions. If this happens I will notify you by phone. Bashing of any kind will not be tolerated. Anyone caught bashing a contestant, director, judge, or parent will be asked to leave without awards or a refund. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given unless the pageant is cancelled. There must be at least 15 contestants total to award stated awards. By signing this form, you as a parent, your child, your sponsors, and family agree to waive all rights to file any claim against Marcella Charles, pageant site, pageant workers, or judges for damage to person or property. I hope this is just a formality and that we all have a positive experience.



Pageant will begin at 1:00 p.m. If you are late you will not compete. Please be on time. Registration is from 11:45 to 12:30 p.m. If you prepay for the discount and cannot make it to the pageant a refund will not be given. It can be carried over to the next pageant if within 6 months.


SAVE $15********You can enter the Beauty, Photogenic (1 photo), Optionals, Overalls, Halloween or Outfit of Choice(only one) for $80 prepaid by September 20, 2004.

If you do not prepay with your registration there will be a $10 late fee at the door.
