I'm not inforcing this on fights before this message, but if everyone remembers Regeneration requires a lot of ki focus. In other words the common technique used here is to regenerate quickly and then attack full force which really shouldn't work. Here's why:
1. Regeneration takes longer to do (I may set a message limit later)
2. You don't have the energy to atack full force.
3. And if youre half dead and missing and arm/leg and your attacker is approaching it is hard to focus so it would take longer to regenerate.

About the spirit bomb...
There isn't much to ths one, but if you guys remember in the Freiza saga, Goku took like 4 episodes to actually fire the spirit bomb and had tohave full focus whie he did it. So I am not going to tell you guys how to use the spirit bomb (I'm not that big of a control freak) but I am going to set some rules for it which I will add in the rules page later.
1. To initiate the spirit-bomb will take at least one post.
2. On the second post (after initiation) The spirit bomb's power will have charged to equal your power level, and on the third post it will have 150% of your power level.
3. On the third round and afterwards you will add 1/4 of your p/l to it.
4. You may fire at any time, but consider your opponent's p/l in this.

This is all I will limit you guys on for now, I've just been seeing a lot of this going on for half a year about now.
