ok here it is i updated the p/ls of everyone.
however GINYU for having ur PL up to 1,000,000 i have to suspend u until further notice. not trying to be a cock or anything just being fair.
also i would like noone else to type any offensive language on the roster (this is for whoever has the ability to update it)
another thing training spars will be now LIMITED. this is an RPG noone is playing for the main goal which are DragonBalls.
another is no more bickering on the message board. anyone bring personal vendetas onto the message board will be suspended for the first time. second time they will be suspended and have pl reduced. 3 time ur are out of the rpg.
FOR ANY SAIYANS- IN ORDER TO MAKE THE LEVEL OF SUPERSAYIAN MUCH DIFFICULT AND HAVE ONLY THE ELITE BE A SSJ I AM CONSISDERING CHANGING THE RULES ON IT....I WILL ALSO BE AFFECTED BY THESE CHANGES WHEN THEY TAKE AFFECT. SORRY BUT THATS THE WAY ITS HAS TO BE.
