Subject: Puppy Training

MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE AS OF YESTERDAY JUST GOT A 11 WEEK OLD BOY MINATURE DOTSON. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HE IS DEAF AND THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME HAVING A DOG LIKE THIS. I JUST NEEDS SOME TIPS ON TRAINING HIM WITH POTTING AND HAND SIGNS. HE HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF 3 DIFFERENT HOMES BESIDES OURS AND I WANT HIM TO STAY WHERE IS AT SO IM KEEPING HIM WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS AT WORK. IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THANKS
