Subject: deafness at english setter

I have a puppy (5month),english setter,and is deaf from birth.I want to know how can I learn her not to make some many pranks like:trying to climb on the blaugas,on the table,on us.makeing e realy mess in the living room,demolish all..She is staying in the house and only 2 times /day in the yard,because she was very ill,she had parvo,she just recovered from the illness.
