Amanda and Noofies have given you great advice. The best way to stop this is to get up and walk away. I would add (not that they didn't mention this, but it's vital) that you must be consistant. Everytime Maggie bites, you ignore. And, be patient. I find with my students it take two to three weeks to begin to see progress. Keep it up, and you will get control over this over time.

Noofies is also right. Stop the lip holding and jaw grabbing. This will induce more biting. Quitting that now is a must.

Just give this process time, be consistant, and you will have success.
