I'm not terribly impressed with Jan Fennell, nor with her amichien program.

If you can get your hands on a copy of Jellybean vs Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by C.W. Meisterfeld, grab it. It's packed full of helpful information.

A couple of other books I recommend are Don't Shoot The Dog by Karen Pryor, and How To Teach a New Dog Old Tricks by Ian Dunbar.
