Hello everyone. My name is Karen Dannenberger. I volunteer with the Animal Network of Collinsville, Illinois. We have a beautiful Brittany Spaniel that was surrendered to us because her owners could not take care of her nor did they try because Gwenny is DEAF. We have our weekly adoptions at Petsmart. We do not have a facility and our beautiful adoptions are all fostered, with the exception of Gwenny. We are boarding her in a facility. She's a fence jumper so she can not be placed in a foster home. No one even looks at her, she's lovable, sweet, and very strong. I have been trying to work with her on walking etc, but she really needs to be placed where someone can work with her and make her the champion that she is. Does anyone know of a faciity where Gwenny can learn and grow? We are really desperate.....We are a no kill shelter, so that would not even be an option. Thank you for your listening.
