I imigrated to Canada with my mother and step-father in 1958,when I was 7.My Father stayed in Britain and I didn't see him alot.I have always retained my British Citizenship and have never become Canadian.I have lived in many places in Canada and the USA, but never returned to Britain to live.I was back last year for the funeral of my Father. I can't tell you the feeling being in Liverpool gave me. It was like coming home! I have since had a very strong pull to return there and live the last part of my life. Obviously I need to look into the practical part first. Can anyone help answer my questions such as: Employment, cost of homes, etc. I would really appreciate any insight I can get.
