開始時牧場設施基本設施1級
特色資金多，要自費買地（１０餘億）買地興建牧場
(資金較充裕，一般玩家適用)

類型社長
資金１６億
開始時牧場設施基本設施1級
特色最初每年可以獲得１億至第１０年，要自費買地(１０餘億)買地興建牧場
(初級者宜用，至少不用為錢而煩)

類型中堅牧場２代目
資金４億
開始時牧場設施基本設施３級，牧草２級，坂路、トラック、幼駒育成、種牡馬繋養、休養馬繋養設施１級
特色牧場設施完善，較高牧場維持費用支出(初級者不宜，未能掌握配種關鍵前，你已經先破產)

類型小規模牧場２代目
開始資金４億
開始時牧場設施基本設施1級
特色可獲得１匹種牡馬的配種配額
(一般玩家適用，對於不想為配種而煩既人亦很適合，因為電腦提供的配種牡馬質數不俗，頭幾年已經可以配出很好多的馬)

類型記者
資金６億
開始時牧場設施基本設施１級
特色認識所有的調教師（友好度５），而且可以選擇１位所屬地區（關東、關西）調教師提升友好度至１００，該調教師的所屬騎手、依賴騎手的友好度上升至５0每年要支出１億至第１０年，作為償還建設牧場的貸款第１年選擇的２、３歲馬必須預托給友好度１００的調教師
(另類適合初級的人的馬主，可以隨意選擇適合自己的練馬師及騎師，只要先選左頂級練馬房，咁樣就可以大大提高得勝率)

類型新規獨立
資金６億
開始時牧場設施
基本設施１級
特色可選擇１匹繁殖牝馬，而且可以選擇１座牧場提升友好度至５０
(一般玩家適用，不過佢提供的牝馬就較為差，如果熟悉血統配合，很難可以配出一級馬。)


類型遺産相續
資金４億
開始時牧場設施基本設施、種牡馬繋養設施１級
特色可選擇一匹配種金額２００萬或以下的種牡馬
(同小規模牧場２代目很相似，不過那些提供的馬匹就差得多，亦需要熟悉血統配合的玩家使用)
