And Peter Arnett didn't abuse his right to free speech. Simmilarly MSNBC didn't abuse their right of free speech by firing him. The problem is simple. There aren't enough media. And the few media there are are scared to death to say anything that with antagonize or in any way cause discomfort to their readers or viewers.

Hence the right of free speech is becoming illusory.
