actually, I agree, but I found better pleasureable foods

strawberries are just as pleasureable as ice cream and a HECK of a lot better for me.

Meat hasn't been in my diet since 1982, but it isn't essential to my diet to leave it out as broncob attested.

Salmon can be cooked many ways and is AWESOME.

I fix some terrific meals and get a great deal of pleasure from eating. And I get that pleasure 6-7 times a day!

My stress isn't from my diet or my clowning - it is from WORK.

Actually, my doctor suggested wearing my clown outfits to wrk to relieve the stress. So I said I would - IF she wrote a prescription for it. She balked at that, though.

Rats... wonder if they can fire you for following doctor's orders?
