(1) Stop deleting posts that don't clearly violate the board rules. Yes, it's "your board," for what that's worth, but it won't be around much longer in any form worth preserving if you keep this up.

Deleting the sorts of posts made by Josh, Rich and some others on this topic was high-handed and disrespectful. People like that *are* the board. If you alienate them, you'll end up where Greg did.

(2) Consider an amnesty for the banned posters. Those who are grownups and still want to partcipate will do so, with the understanding that they've got to follow the rules. BTW, asking people to follow the rules would be more effective if you followed them yourselves (see #1 above).
