"you really helped me out and your service was great I referred over my friend and she say you asked her to leave your office and she was really offended".

I tell dude that yes we do do great work and that after being called "sweetie and "honey" and "babe" literally 10 times in two minutes by your sweet old lady friend that I decided to decline her business.

I don't know anyone that uses those terms in a professional setting. When I asked him if he does he said yea, it happens all the time. Great, keep living in that world dude.

I will never call anyone those names, man or woman, young or old, in a professional context. I should have asked him how he felt if I called her bitch, as in his own words, that's the vocab she knows!

Sorry dude I only call women bitches and hoes I'm gen Y.

Fug off, I was very, very polite in asking her to leave and clearly explained how you cannot use the terms when speaking to people 30 years younger than you and how yes, it is offensive. I'm a grown man, not your "sweetie", not your "babe" and certainly not your "honey".

I totally feel I was in the right age does not give you carte blanche to insult people.
