In Huggs first season, I was sophmore, I was sitting right behind the basket on the floor with my dad (after his recent knee replacement). It came down to the wire, 15 seconds left and UD up by 1 point. Lou brings the ball down the court, motions the rest of the Bearcats to clear out of the way, goes one-on-one and smokes the UD player for a lay-up. He ran through the basket and over to my father and me. We jumped up (well, my dad didn't exactly jump), and Lou gave us high-fives.
I was also there a few years later when Nick hit the three to beat UAB. And that same season when Nick hit a basket to take us into OT at Miami(OH). He hit the first shot of OT, a 3 ball, and followed the shot into the paint pumping his fists like a boxer hitting the knock-out punch. I could name seeral more that were too cool, Lazelle hitting the 3 to win the GMC tourney against SLU. But I still like Lou's the most.
