No, I don't have an air conditioner, and I'm self employed so I work at home. I get up extra early (5:30ish) and work only in the morning. I spend my afternoons under the ceiling fan reading...wearing boxer shorts and a tank top.

Remember to hydrate AF. I drink lots of water or lemonade.
